Thank you for your interest in being a Beta-Tester of the 15-Day 'Taking Up Space' Lab

FOR: Creators Who Feel the Call to Take Up More Space


During this 15-Day interactive program you will:

  • Identify and start to let go of the socially acceptable habits and beliefs that enable you to hide and dim your light

  • Develop the habit of living from your Soul Authority

  • Practice exercises to be present with and ease out of the discomfort & self-sabotage that can come up when you’re stretching your comfort zone

  • Receive support and accountability from your peers in the Lab

You'll get a lot out of this Lab if:

  • You believe that you are more than a human being. That you're also Soul, God, Higher Self, Universe or whatever label you prefer.

  • You have cultivated some self-awareness of your body, energy or sensations

  • You're willing to experiment, take action & be honest


    Here's what you can expect:

1) The Lab starts on Monday, January 24, 2022

You'll gain access to the content on Friday, January 21, 2022.

I'm going to extend the Lab to 21 days so that you have time to consume the content, take action, and receive support. I don't want this experience to feel rushed or constrained.

2) Stay Devoted with Daily Accountability

Each day you're invited to experiment with one of the suggested 'take up space' exercises (or create your own!) and then report back to the group what you did.


3) Join Our Private Discord Group

You'll get a link to a Discord group for this 15-day Lab. It's a free, easy-to-use platform for group communication. Here you'll be able to ask questions and get support.

Intended Outcomes

It's my hope that as this Lab progresses, you'll:

  • Feeling increasingly grounded & confident with being seen & visible as you

  • Be able to speak up about what matters, set clearer boundaries, and be able to honor what you value

  • Feel more in tune with yourself, trust your energy and have an increased capacity to make decisions and take actions guided from within

  • Have more time and energy to do the things that really matter


Requests from You as a Beta Tester:

I'm requesting that you, as a Beta Tester, participate wholeheartedly, be completely honest with me, ask any questions that arise, and tell me what's working and what's not quite right yet.

Estimated Time Commitment
The content should take about 60-90 minutes to review. Beyond this, it may take a couple of minutes each day to decide which the daily experiments you'll do. The experiments will be integrated into what you're already doing so they shouldn't take up much time. But plan on 10-20 minutes daily to do your experiment & share/journal about your experience.

About Me (Nat)

"I know a thing or two about hiding & dimming my light:"

As a sensitive boy growing up, I was led to believe that I was weak because I cried in movies. I was taught that expressing emotions like disappointment and anger were not allowed. I came to believe that I was too much and what I wanted was too much. 

I began dimming my light by: 

  • Settling for less than what I really wanted. Getting something was better than nothing, right?

  • Not speaking up when I felt disrespected

  • Only showing the parts of myself that I thought people were okay with while suppressing the rest, like my emotions & sensitivity

  • Trying to prove my worth by working harder, longer, and resting very little

  • Trying to do everything myself and not letting others support me

  • Being loose with my energetic and time boundaries, for example, by giving up time I had previously set aside for myself or by not speaking up to end a conversation that felt draining


Can you relate to any of these?

It's been a journey to reclaim my value. I've definitely have gotten more comfortable at showing up as me, honoring my values and speaking up. And I know as I continue to create and expand what's possible in my life, I'll need to keep on taking up space.

I'll be sharing with you the tools and practices I've used to help me take up more space and honor who I am.

I look forward to growing with you during our time together.
